Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — JB’s is a licensed, insured, veteran-owned contractor, and every job is done to the 2023 Florida Building Code.

Do you use subcontractors?

Our own crews do the work. The people who start your project are the ones who finish it — that’s how we control the quality.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes — free estimates with upfront pricing before any work starts, so there are no surprises.

Do you repair roofs or only replace them?

Both. We’ll inspect and tell you honestly whether a repair will do or replacement is the smarter call.

Do you do metal roofs?

Yes — metal and shingle. Metal costs more up front but stands up to Florida weather and can last 40+ years.

Can you help with a storm or insurance claim?

Yes. We document the damage, help you understand the process, and do the repair right.

Do you handle water heaters?

Yes — repair and replacement, for no hot water, leaks, or rusty water.

Can you do a whole-house repipe?

Yes, for homes with failing galvanized, polybutylene, or old lines. We quote it upfront.

Do you do electrical panel upgrades?

Yes — upgrading old or undersized panels safely and to code is one of our common jobs.

Can you install a standby generator?

Yes — whole-home and essentials-only standby generators, including the transfer switch and hookup.

Do you repair AC or just replace it?

Both — and we tell you straight which one your system actually needs, no scare tactics.

Do you build custom homes?

Yes — custom homes on your lot, from your plans or a design we help you shape.

Do you do additions and remodels?

Yes — room additions, suites, kitchen and bathroom remodels, all with our own crews.

Do you build barndominiums and pole barns?

Yes — post-frame buildings from simple equipment barns to fully finished barndominiums.

Do you offer financing?

Yes — financing options are available on larger projects. Just ask and we’ll walk you through it.
