Ownership
Joe Besczezynski — Co-Owner, Construction. Joe leads the construction side and our crews in the field — roofing, additions, custom homes, and everything in between — holding every build to one standard: a job done right.
Taylor “Chase” Besczezynski — Co-Owner, Service & Administration. Chase runs the service division and the business side — scheduling, contracts, and making sure every customer is taken care of from the first call to the final walkthrough.
Service & Home Services Team
Mary Wier — Service Manager. Mary leads our home-services team and makes sure every service call is handled fast and done right.
Karen Creel — Office Manager. Karen is often the friendly voice when you call — scheduling, customer service, and keeping the day running smoothly.
David Wall — Plumber. Plumbing repairs, water heaters, and everything in between.
George Barnes — HVAC Technician. Keeping homes comfortable with AC and heating service and installs.
Bryan Stokes — Electrician. Safe, code-compliant electrical work throughout the home.
Sam Williamson — Service Helper. Sam supports the service team and lends a hand on the construction side too.
Construction Team
Richard Hagin — Jobsite Foreman. Richard runs the construction site day to day and keeps every build on track.
TJ Pitman — Assistant Jobsite Foreman. Helping lead the crew and keep projects moving.
Jerry Devito — Tile, Drywall & Gutters. The finish details that make a job look right.
Mike Stepanek — Construction Crew.
Scotty Williams — Equipment Operator.
Slim Williamson — Construction Crew.
Here’s something we’re proud of: our construction crew doesn’t just stick to one specialty. Everybody pitches in on the labor too — hauling, prepping, cleanup, and whatever the job needs that day. Titles tell you what someone is best at, but on a JB’s site, everyone works. That versatility is a big part of how we move fast and keep quality high without waiting around on anyone.
