That’s why every home we build meets the 2023 Florida Building Code, with wind-rated framing and sealed, storm-ready details. In addition, we use 5/8-inch plywood or better for roof sheathing, so the structure has a solid, strong base. We put the full scope in writing up front, so you know exactly what your build includes.
