JB’s Contracting & Maintenance is a veteran-owned team based right here in Marianna, and the areas we serve reach across five Northwest Florida counties. First and foremost, we cover Jackson County — our home turf. From there, our service area stretches west into Holmes and Washington counties and south through Calhoun and Bay. So whether you need construction, remodeling, and roofing or full home services like plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, chances are you sit well inside the areas we serve.

Then our home-services team takes care of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and the small repairs that keep a home running.
