One Crew, Start to Finish
Because we handle construction, electrical, and plumbing, you're not juggling three different contractors. We coordinate the whole job, keep the site clean, and keep you in the loop from demo to the final walkthrough.
A kitchen from construction to completion
Built Right, to Code
Every remodel is built to the 2023 Florida Building Code. We handle the permits and inspections that apply, and we do the work behind the walls — wiring, plumbing, and framing — the right way, not just the parts you can see.
Why Homeowners Choose JB's

What Goes Into Your Kitchen Remodel
A kitchen remodel is a lot of decisions, and the finish level is where your budget and your dream meet. Here are the pieces we help you plan.
Layout and Cabinets
From refreshing the existing footprint to opening up walls, the layout drives everything. We help you choose cabinets — stock, semi-custom, or custom — that fit your space, storage needs, and style.
Countertops
Countertops range from durable, easy-care quartz to natural granite and other surfaces, each with its own look and upkeep. We will help you weigh them.
Flooring and Backsplash
Tile, luxury vinyl, and other flooring options each handle a busy kitchen differently, and the backsplash ties the look together.
Plumbing, Electrical, and Lighting
Because we self-perform across trades, we can move plumbing and electrical, add outlets and under-cabinet lighting, and handle the whole job in-house instead of juggling subs.
Remodeling FAQ
What remodeling projects do you take on?
We handle kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home updates, and more. So whether it is one room or the whole house, we scope it clearly first.
How do you handle surprises behind the walls?
Carefully. Because older homes hide rot, wiring, and plumbing issues, we use a written change-order process, so nothing gets done to your bill without your say-so.
Do you provide a detailed scope before starting?
Yes. First we walk the project, then we put the scope, assumptions, and exclusions in writing, so everyone is on the same page.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are veteran-owned, licensed, and insured, and we build to the 2023 Florida Building Code.
