The Total HomeCare Plan is designed to keep homeowners connected with the JB’s team. Annual visual evaluations cover plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing and building conditions. These are visual, non-invasive visits for residential properties.
A visual evaluation is an opportunity to discuss visible concerns and possible next steps. It does not open walls or guarantee that every hidden condition will be found. Any repair or improvement needs its own defined scope.
Member savings
- Priority scheduling, subject to availability.
- 10% savings on eligible Home Services labor.
- 5% savings on eligible contracting work, capped at $3,000.
- A $20 member dispatch fee in place of the standard $79 dispatch fee.

The Total HomeCare Plan puts our licensed team on all five major systems of your home once a year, and moves you to the front of the line when you need us. One membership. Every trade. What members pay
A $20 dispatch fee instead of $79 — you save $59 every time we roll a truck. 10% off labor on eligible Home Services and 5% off eligible Contracting Services (up to $3,000), all year long. And annual visits help keep manufacturer warranties valid — most equipment makers require documented yearly maintenance.
We’re veteran-owned, based right here in Marianna, and we stand behind our work. We’d rather catch a small problem in April than a big one in July.
