You’re the face of JB’s at the kitchen table: you build trust, diagnose the customer’s real need, present the right solution clearly, and close the sale. Leads are provided — your job is to turn appointments into signed work and lifelong customers.
What You’ll Do
- Run company-provided, pre-scheduled in-home consultations start to finish.
- Listen first — understand the homeowner’s problem, budget, and goals before pitching.
- Present clear, honest options and pricing, and ask for the sale.
- Offer the Total HomeCare membership on every visit.
- Document everything in ServiceTitan and CompanyCam so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Follow up on open quotes until they’re won or closed out.

You’re a true drywall craftsman — you can hang it, finish it, and make it look right without anyone standing over you. You’ll take a room from bare framing to a smooth, paint-ready surface: hanging board clean and tight, taping and mudding, sanding, and matching texture so it looks like it was done right the first time. We hang and finish drywall on new construction, custom homes, additions, remodels, and insurance repairs.
What You’ll Do
- Hang drywall on walls and ceilings — clean, tight, and to plan.
- Tape, mud, and sand to a smooth, paint-ready finish.
- Match and apply common textures (knockdown, orange peel, and similar) on new work and repairs.
- Handle patches, repairs, and insurance-repair drywall work so the fix disappears.

What You’ll Do
- Run gas lines — both LP and natural gas.
- Work on cast iron and all newer applications and materials (PEX, PVC, CPVC, ABS, PP, and more).
- Handle sewer and drain work, water and pressure lines, and pressure testing.
- Do new-construction rough-in and finish, plus service and repair calls.
- Complete a thorough evaluation on every call and present clear, honest options.
