A veteran with over 20 years of hands-on construction experience, Joe is the Co-Founder and Field Operations Lead at JB’s Contracting and Maintenance. He brings deep expertise in roofing, electrical, plumbing, and structural work. Known for his integrity and problem-solving on the job site, Joe ensures every project is completed safely, efficiently, and up to the highest standards. His leadership keeps our crews accountable and our clients satisfied.

CFO & Co Founder, Service Director, Insurance Claim Specialist
JB’s Contracting and Maintenance is a veteran-owned home services and construction company based in Marianna, FL. As CFO, Co-Founder, and Service Director, I oversee daily operations, manage financials, and lead project execution. I’m also an insurance claim specialist, helping homeowners navigate storm damage claims and get the repairs they need—done right the first time. Our team provides roofing, plumbing, electrical, remodeling, drywall, and general contracting across Jackson County and surrounding areas.

He’s often the first voice our customers hear—and the one making sure we show up ready to deliver.
